Why isn't it submitting?

Why is it that when I try to submit songs in the msuic rooms, TFM never seems to queue them?
I have 500 gathered cheese, like everyone said, and my songs still won't submit?? Is this a glitch or?

If you've only recently gathered 500 cheese, try reloading the game.
