I might be wrong, but I don't think this can happen because Flash can't keep you logged in. Be lucky you've got it remembering your username.

I thought the forums were no longer used with Flash, that they were all HTML now

If I recall correctly, I remember Narayan mentioning through the beta that everyone is logged out automatically when an update is made to the website, to avoid people from having recurring issues even when something's fixed.
