As the title says:

When you're the last person in a tribe and you leave it (thereby dissolving it), the tribe name would still appear on your profile as if you're still a part of it. You can still, however, be invited to a new tribe, etc.

I realize this is low priority, but I figured it's still worth reporting.

Have you tried to re-log?

I also realized that you can still see the tribe chat. This occurred to my friend yesterday.
