But why not add a save option?

What it would do is essensially save some of the combinations you made with those icons listed above

For example
If you make a combination of colors, a shifting from red to orange or blue to green, you could click the "Save" button on it.

You would need to highlight it first, and if you havent a old icon combo saved it
ll automatically save the highlighted text

But if you had already saved a combination, it would say a small text under the icon after you clicked it, saying

"Do you want to replace your old save with a new one?" And a yes or no option.

In case you dont understand a bit,

You could also do
[save]Text Here[/save]
And it would ATTEMPT to use the save combination you did

If you did this colored text
You would have to remove the text, and highlight the coding. It would shrink it to the command [save][/save], and attempt doing the same as you had done when you use it

I probably didnt make this TOO clear but tell me if you dont understand, I'll try to clarify!

It might look a bit boring, but I prefer to focus on the content of a post rather than its formatting. Like Pik I fear that these sort of templates will lead to an increase of eyesore.

It would be limited to only one, and we could report those whom have colors that cause the eye sore

People only need one save to have annoying fonts :p

These two points sum up exactly how I feel about this. A forum should focus on content. Posts are designed by Narayan to be readable and functional, we don't need all of someone's posts being completely different because there's an option for it just so they can stand out.

Not necessarily true. This would be very useful for orginization in OPs -- I do find it slightly tiring at times were I have to post gigantic logs for my tribe every week, with the formatting and everything, so this would be extremely useful.
