Everytime I disable the rights to play music in my tribe people can still change the video even though the rights are disabled.

Have you ensured that they don't have the right though? Perhaps they're a higher rank.

i almost raged quit but someone got on to them a kicked them so id say deal with it until u get FREAKING annoyed
