Well basically for this suggestion, I think there should be a little pull out tab when you click it, next to every rank in the tribe menu describing the rank or how to get the rank. A description is supposed to pop out once you click it, too. I have no time for a picture, sorry. Hopefully you get it, though. Lock if needed. (:
