Sorry if this isn't the right section to post this in, I'm new to the forums and haven't really learned my way around yet.

On the settings (the wrench looking button), there's an option to "Display messages from players of other communities." Whenever I disabled it in the past, it would block the public chat to where I couldn't see any messages.

However, when I disable it now, it doesn't do anything? I don't know whether this is a bug or if they changed it?
