Ofc you can't.
If we had, I'd put corel products as my second answer. (Corel products are the second most frequently used programs and MyPaint is first for me. Oh, and the most preferred ofc)
Oh, and my other choice would be GIMP.

I'd put Adobe Products and Other, since I sometimes use Sumopaint to make my shading smoother while I use Adobe Flash to draw.

paint tool SAI. I used to have Photoshop CS5 and corel painter but er. you know exactly what happened to corel, Satash. (I lost photoshop in a factory restore)

Though I do use Paint for pixel art.
And I've been experimenting with GIMP lately.
