That disables chat from OTHER COMMUNITIES, not from everyone.

It used to stop the chat window entirely and I'd only get whispers & the regular game announcements at the start of a round

Well then one of two things:

- It was glitched, and has since been resolved
- The users it was blocking were from users outside of the EN community spectrum (English speaking countries)
