So I join one of my tribemate's room, and this happens.

The only issue I'm seeing is the shaman isn't a shaman, which isn't a bug; it's part of the optimization applied to the game a while ago; their shaman sprite doesn't load upon coming into the room.
If there's something else you're gonna have to explain it.

That has been happening to me now, even if I join a room and wait a few rounds.

Check your ping. Your internet might be too slow to load the sprites?
