Hello. At the start - I'd like to say I'm from Poland and my English may be really bad. But it's the only way to show opinion of Polish community, because we're ignored by admins.
Everyday, Polish community are invited by Turkish/Brazilian/Romanian etc "friends". It's so annoying, because he "stole" a lot of fs's, and if they don't collect fs, they whisper us really bad words, like "fdp" "orosopu" and others.. We didn't deserve for it. So in my opinion, there should be a IP block here. For example, people from Poland can play only on Polish server, etc. It would stop "racism" and other bad behavior. It's not fair however to users who would be on vacation, or Polish-speakers from America. I understand the pain you guys have, I play on JP with friends and BRs regularly snipe firsts from them; but it's hard to segregate a server like that. :(

Besides this not being viable in any way, you should know that most BRs can't talk on the Polish server. This language blocking also works by IP. What I'm trying to say is that those people that still swear at you most likely use VPNs or Proxies that allow them to talk anyway. In that sense this suggestion wouldn't solve your problem and only hit the more harmless 'tourists'.

PL server was abused by large communities. I came there once and every room, there's a 'Farmer' who farm firsts(fs) & saves.

Statpadders are now a cancer of Transformice. There have been more and more people doing that every day on every single smaller community, including JP. The smaller communities are for the people living there to play Transformice only with them. Not for squeezing firsts from them!
I would half support it, but IP-blocking will not be enough. They should be bannable. Or they should never be allowed to join the most popular rooms (ex. 1, vanilla1, bootcamp1 etc..).

This is why weeaboos can't speak in japanese server. and brs in En2.
Other languages are being spoken even though it ain't suppose to.
Like Lemodile said, if we ain't allowed to talk were just harmless tourists into those servers.

Thus, you can live anywhere in the world and still be allowed to play in any community you like. The only condition is that you speak the language of the community when you are using the chat. So the complaint that people (from other countries) are stealing firsts is invalid, because they are legitimate players who have every right to play in any room in any community they like.

To make sure players speak the designated language of the community, language filters have been implemented. It doesn't prevent them from playing in these communities because that's not what these filters are for. Of course, there are ways to avoid the language filter, but that's not the point. Even if these players are not in your room nor in your server, they can still whisper abuse to you if they want to. No IP lock will prevent them from doing so.

What this seems to be all about is that players statpad in other communities than their own. This is not a problem of just a few communities, stat padding happens everywhere. It is done by people from all nationalities, and it happens in every community. Racism and other bad behaviour is also not related to ones nationality, it will still happen even if there are no foreigners in your room. An IP lock will not solve these problems so therefore I do not support.
