When I log out and back in, all my relics are gone?

Ever since the beginning of the event, I would get the relics and other stuff no problem.
I didn't notice this until the second day of the event, but I had crashed and when I logged back in, all of my relics/other things were gone.
I know it wasn't a hacker because it never said someone else was on my account when I logged in, and I logged back in within a time of about two minutes. Besides, I have an extremely long password, lol.
This happens every time I log out and back in. meaning I'll never be able to finish the event unless I never log off.

Please fix this, I want herp derp title xD
I know this has happened to my friend too so it's not just me

Do you log off in the middle of the event map?
(Sorry this is a stupid question)

It happens to my puffers fireworks balls and the other stuff you can throw the letter relics don't disapear for me.
