When it's so happened my friend tribe is online/offline and that was weird then why is this bug like?

To give you more of a clear answer, this typically occurs when someone was on two atelier games at the same time and then logged off one of them. Say they were on transformice and nekodancer at the same time, when they log off nekodancer and not transformice, the tribelist will say they are offline from logging off nekodancer, but the friendslist will say they are online because they are still on transformice.

But yeah it's still a community platform bug related to the tribe interface.

I'm not sure and I can see my friend's proflie when it's glitched offline/online and I don't know because my friend is on TFM and then person said '' my friend is a ghost''

When a friend is online then logs off while the community platform is down, they will be shown as online since the community platform isn't updating when you perform a certain action. (whispers don't appear, friends list appears as if it is stuck, etc.)
