I dont know if anyone will agree, but I am getting a bit annoyed with some people not reading the “Rules” thread in some of the Subforums and making some “useless” threads, asking about stuff either denied or very off topic

So how about this:
Whenever you click a Subforum that has a “Rules” thread in it, the other threads wont appear; that thread that has the obligations will

It should be a few pages, not too many though, so people read through it and then click a button which opens the other threads and go in and out of that Subforum without the popup

Of course, that wont fix the whole problem, but it’ll help a bit, considering some people dont see the “Guidelines and Rules” thread, or others ignore it

The “Rules” thread will still be there, in the topmost of the subforum’s threads though, so people can still check back

I personally always find amusement that people read all the rules yet forget the one about backseat moderating. Tickles me pink. I doubt having a popup would change that behaviour.
Besides, people are just going to click it and go on their merry way though. CFM has a thing that pops up at the top of the forum until you reach 10 posts, I believe it is; and we still have rule breakers.
Just report them and move on like you're supposed to.
