There is a problem with the chat.I cannot scroll up normally how I was able to before.The line for scrolling is much bigger than it used to be. Period.

No, it stays short and when i keep trying to scroll up sometimes I get lucky and get it back to normal until i scroll down again.

Im pretty sure its a known bug.

It doesnt show as much as it used to but if you are scrolled up and there is a chat message it will go normal until you scroll down.
