This is a new idea of mine. This shall only be available in Vanilla rooms. What it is is basically someone will be chosen to be the Shaman Helper. They will look like a normal mouse with a normal blue feather. No markings. The Shaman Helper can only spawn a spirit. A Shaman Helper won't get the saves and won't be in every round but what they can gain is Helping points. These Helping points are like saves. If you get 1000 Helping points you unlock a title called <<Helping Shaman>> and you will also unlock big and small planks when they are the Shaman Helper. For this your mode doesn't matter. If you are on Divine Mode you can still use Yellow nails and Red nails Hard Mode you can still use Red nails.

Even though you can't really obligate us to explain our reason... There are already enough troll shamans and helpers would be crossing the line.

They would overuse sp and get mice and themselves in the way of builds. Some wouldn't even understand how spirits work right and would use them to help all the mice around and end up killing them. If they don't get saves, by the way, they probably don't care. Others would just be lounging around on maps where they didn't want to / need to help, and that's just wasting a turn for them.

Also, shamans who don't want helpers would have no problem with killing them. It would be dreadful.

I can tell you why. Imho this does not help newer players at all, because they could always rely on most experienced players to solve a map.
