This would be where mice can go to stay. It is like a massive Utility or Tribe House. You can go into the hotel room then inside type !room then the room number of the person's room. In the actual hotel you can go to the pool and perhaps even get a job. The job earns you points, which you can use to get promotions in the hotel. In the actual room there is a room service button where someone comes with a meal.You can also throw a party in your room. Support or no support?

I really think that this addition, although it seems fun, isn't necessary.
The job part isn't very worthy either, since you can earn 1 cheese every 2 mins in a normal room anyway.
The meal part seems very un-necessary as well considering it probably doesn't benefit the player or anything.
The time could be put towards bug fixes, not mice hotels.

Well, some of us may just get bored of getting cheese and maybe some people got all their wants in the shop and don't want any cheese any more and maybe they can just play there for fun ^^

Yes I feel like this suggestion could be done in lua coding.
However, what benefits do promotions get you in the hotel? I feel like this suggestion needs to be explained further.

cant you just play some hotel game with friends using a hotel map

If this were to become a module, it would make more sense than starting an RP in #utility.
