this bug has ben happening alot to me today and i need help.

Did anyone invite the person into the tribe house?

If someone is in your tribe house that you don't want in there, use /invkick [name] to kick them out.

If they're aren't physically in your tribe house but their chat is showing up, it involves a /chat channel bug that is happening. Relogging should fix this.
