I think there should be private topics in the cafe
For like friends and tribe members.
Example

Then you can invite people who you wan't to see the message.

This might get mixed up with the regular forums, maybe a section for public topics and a section for ones you've been invited to, instead of just a button for creating one?

So basically a topic which someone can invite friends to talk in...It's the same as /chat that way...
