I entered Nekodancer, on EN, and when I tried to speak, it said "You are not authorized to speak on this server.”, even though I wasnt in EN2. Er... What

Relogging didnt fix it either...

Is it possibly because you're in Brazil? (I recall you saying once you lived in Curitiba)
They might've put filters on EN1 for communities with servers again. I'll lurk BR forums and see if there's complaints.
