The greeting needs some zest. Add it with pictures. A great feature, so you can make it weird with many pictures, and even make the greeting text as a different feel with different fonts from pictures.

To all the people asking, to remove the picture, just go to the greeting message and edit it. There will be a button at the top right of the picture, and if you click it, you will have an option to delete the picture. You will also have an option to censor the photo to your needs. Basically no one else will see it.

Mostly people will put picture's that match there tribe name.If it makes members feel uncomfortable or it's inappropriate You should report it.

first of all, it's "you're" welcome, not your welcome.
second of all, half support, would be nice, but like i said in the suggestion about tabs in the greeting message, how would this show up in the chat? it'd be annoying to have a picture show up in the chat every time i logged on.

The tribe profile takes some time to load for words to be shown at times. A picture being there might cause it to load even slower.

Well, I always see people complaining about how trolls in their tribe kick people out and change the greeting message. Adding pictures would just add to that cause. But then again I suppose you can't exactly control that, it's up to the leaders of the tribe.
