I think that there should be a selected speech for the guests.



By clicking speech if you are a Guest, variety of speeches are given for you such as:

Hello!
Hey :)
How are you?
I love this game!
This is lovely!
Hahaaha! LOL!
Help me!
Yay!
Stop, or else!
:P
Yes!!
Darn it!

One of the downfalls of being a guest is not being able to speak thouhgh...

true, but it is a selected speech, which means they select the ones WE chose for them. Not letting them type for themselves.

I think not being able to talk at all would be more appropriate, which is how things work now.

Just to annoy the guest by giving them pre-written phrases seems unneeded. Websites use pre-written chat phrases for children to "safe chat."

That'll just make this game seem childish.

I hate "selected speech" because it's extremely limiting and very rarely offers anything close to what you want to say.

Yea- no this seems really childish since this is used on games that are for younger children for safe chat.

How is the fact children's games use this the reason to no support? Not to mention too RuneScape (which is 13+) and if I do remember, TF2, also have systems.

I don't support it because of the fact being a guest means not being able to talk at like... all... but the basic idea is good and perhaps can be applied on new users until they reach x cheese, to prevent private server spam.
