Hi!

As the title reads, I'd like to suggest the ability to turn off the extremely wide range that comes with Divine Mode.
(AKA, reverting it to the range of Easy and Hard mode).

Many find this aspect to be useful, and I can see why they would think that; however, I am one of the unlucky mice who happen to lag a lot because of it. I am pretty certain that the range is what causes the lag, because upon switching to Easy or Hard mode, the lag is reduced to a point where it's pretty much non-existent.

Of course, besides reducing the lag, this could also be beneficial to mice who are looking to make their Divine Mode experience more challenging, as well.

I'd imagine the option would be somewhere in the Feather settings, and it'd be an on/off feature.

Well, that's my idea. Any thoughts and opinions are welcome.

Even though I would never have thought of this suggestion myself, because tweaking an already released mode does not seem really significant, after thinking about it for a while I believe that this would improve the gameplay and flow for the people who are experiencing lag due to the range, while it will also be a beneficial modification for the rest of the players as well; people who were seeking to make shamaning more challenging and fun are going to love this feature.

This may help some mice, and a lot of us actually don't find divine mode challenging enough. x3

eh i think you could just go on hard or easy mode and only use the blue pins, but you wouldnt get the divine mode credit so /halfsupport

Yep! That's what I sometimes do, but eventually I switch back because, as you say, there's no divine mode credit. Thanks for your opinion! I'll go ahead and update the list.

It would be useless to me, but if it helps reduce lag and poses a challenge for other users (+is optional), Support.

I'm pretty sure it isn't the big range that causes lag, it's either your computer or the fact that you are shamaning. Self diagnosing your lag isn't a good excuse for an unnecessary feature that goes against what divine was intended for.

yesss the large range is one of the main reasons why I build blue nails only in normal mode rather than use divine it's self. I would like this to be added, or another shaman mode like divine but with this small range and no skills. Also the large range makes divine easier and actually makes some maps easier on divine than any other mode, perhaps even removing the large spawn range completely could be considered??

this might set the real shamans further apart from those who can't actually use divine mode.
