Ok I am co-owner of my tribe and i was trying to edit ranks and it wouldnt let me and i have the power to edit ranks and i got 2 messages the first one was this [11] Internal error. and the second one was [19] The rank has not been changed. plz help me...

Perhaps this is another bug from the set of community platform bugs. You either have to wait until this bug magically fixes itself or ask another leader of your tribe to edit ranks.
