Since some people are experiencing "The page has timed out please try again" ever since the forums changed but there was no problem in the flash forums, I was wondering...
Maybe we can change our avatars from the café? :D

How about they focus on the forums, instead of all these useless substitutions that are just more time wasted.

As I said, some people have a problem when changing their avatars in the forum, when some people like me try to change their avatar, this dumb "The page has timed out please try again" comes up on every single attempt, and no, some people cant just 'Get a new browser', I don't think anyone had this problem in the flash forums so that's why I thought it could be good to change your avatar in the café.

Who are you kidding? There were a ton of issues with the avatar system of the Flash forums. That's why it had to restart every night.

Having a new icon isn't a necessity. If you want it bad enough, install a different browser.

And Haruhitastic, I know icons aren't really that important but some peoples icons embarrass them ALOT. Like mine. Also, sorry I didn't know there were problems in the flash forums too....

Why would you use it if it embarrasses you? Also I can change my avatar perfectly fine on here without any problems; not sure if you were referring to that or logging in (which I can also do without any problems).

The only ups would be people don't have to visit an extra website in order to change it; and there'd be no confusion about the difference.

I mean, in theory it's a smart idea, but the avatar server as is, is a bit unstable. I'd rather not add to that instability.
