I'm suggesting today a new skill which is cool and I hope everyone likes it :D

A Skill that give you the powers to let no one move until you complete building on the map...and it shouldn't be working on survivor rooms..

How is the client supposed to know when you've finished

How about a command you write it when you finish...or it gives you 20 seconds...

People could abuse the command and use it when they're not finished.

I like the idea in all but wolfy basically summed it all up for me
