I get this a lot too... the reason is because the USA chat is being laggy and it appears in your chat... if you don't want it in your chat i advise you do

/chat Tribe house or a different chat name such as /chat waffles (idk) I've been experiencing this a lot if this is wrong i'm sorry its my guess :3

help me to i saw ppl in my utility also im stuck cuz all it say is 404 Not Found jsut werid right just werid! :/

It happens to me also when Im at fortoresse and Transformice
At transformice the PH chat is there and At Fortor it is not
Then chats from PH Chat were appearing at Fortor.
Was it like that?
Well sometimes I just refresh or enter the chat which I didnt have at fortor

Am I the only one who thinks that bug is creepy? XD
