I had noticed this bug after I ticked the "disconnected members" checkbox and saw that the tribe member's last connection dates in the tribe member list is different from the friend's last connection dates in the friend list. This picture sums it up well:

re-posting this here, as i'm finding this happening to me as well

Your friends list shows the login time of your last in-game session. It used to be the latest connection to an atelier801 platform (forum or game) but it seems to have changed. The time displayed in the tribe menu seems to be bugged however, it doesn't register any new logins.
