It really depends on your shaman mode in my opinion, Divine would definitely be wings, hard-mode would be the cloud and normal would be eagle eye.

Personally I use wings all the time. Eagle eye is nice, but with divine mode I don't find much of a need for it myself when I can just move around a little bit with my wings. Clouds are nice and convenient, but there are plenty of other ways to make stable builds.

Cloud is nice to stabilise.

I like eagle eye best, except when in divine mode.

cloud is absolutely my fave final skill. Its locked axis is more useful than a red pivot, and the ability to de-summon it makes it so much more versatile.

that being said, nowadays I play primarily on divine, so only wings are useful of the three, but I keep switching back to hard because I miss my poor cloud :,|!

Wings are probably the most helpful feature in divine mode. For people that are using hard mode or normal mode though, I think the eagle eye is the most helpful, with the cloud following, due to the fact that it can stabilize the planks when used.

The best all purpose final skill I'd say is the wings for sure ^^
