When it won’t be deleted:

-It has over (Certain Number) gathered cheese
Or
-There are fraises bought in it
Or
-(Certain Number) of shop items bought
Or
-(Certain Number) of shaman saves
Or
-

I just thought this would be a good idea since some people just make accounts for certain things and then dont use the account anymore

What about when someone makes a new account and plays on it for a little while and plans to play for longer, then has to go somewhere else, or there's a situation when they're not going to be able to play in one month?

That’s why I didnt specify the number of each of those. And I put the “recommendations” area in case someone recommended something like changing the time for how long before the account gets deleted or maybe a reasonable amount of Cheese gathered or so

1 month seems too short of a time
if there's a reason why they can't log in, such as schoolwork, or grounded from the computer, when they get back, their account will be gone
i think 1 or 2 years is better
if they don't log in for that mount of time, then there's no guarantee that they'll return to the game

i have someone in my tribe who's not logged in for like three months because they're working and they'd be hella PISSED if they lost their acc

this seems pointless and complicated

What you're terribly missing out here is the information you put in.
you're explanation says

This doesn't make much sense and is confusing in what your point is here and how it even works. From my point of view what you're trying to say here is that if these accounts don't gain a specific amount of whatever in each month, their accounts will be deleted and names free to use.

Doing this means forcing them to gain whatever each month for their account to not be deleted. around 1/6 of the community doesn't focus on gathering much, and rather focuses on enjoying the game and having fun.

Looking from other perspectives, your point may be:
Players need to gather a certain amount of whatever if they don't want their accounts deleted, otherwise if they don't gain an amount of whatever in 1 month, their accounts will be deleted.

wait a second... now i'm looking at it again, and now to me it says "If a player doesn't log on in a month, they need to gatyher a certain amount of whatever to not be deleted. wait, but if they log on... their accounts don't get deleted. Overall, your whole explanation doesn't make much sense and therefore this thread seems pretty useless.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This. the fact that 1 month is too small. and you're saying that "IF THEY DONT LOG ON in 1 month, the account gets deleted. IF THEY DO LOG ON, you get the point? your information needs to be more specific.

E: So the fact that if they go online their accounts their accounts can still be deleted if they don't gain a specific amount of whatever. This makes not much sense at all, and that means several different ways of how other will think of the idea. This will take away some joy from this game because people will be tired of having to go on every month, making them not really being bothered to play this game.

I clearly see here from my point of view that if they log on each month, their accounts don't get deleted. what if they go offline for 3 months and can't be able to gather the required amount of whatever for 3 months? and then go back to your statement, which means that the account will be officially deleted.

One month?!? For kidding no way. Maybe second has another account and wants to play on it fr a month or two? Then they go back and there account is gone! What if it had fraises they payed a lot for? What if it had 10k cheese? Yeah, sorry but no support
