Ok, I keep a survivor, or cannon totem, strictly for self defense on dual sham maps. However, since yesterday, whenever I'd try to use it, a down cannon appears in the top left corner, and my totem doesn't spawn...

Did you try remaking the totem? Maybe that would work. Just in case, test it in an empty room.
