Ok kingnipples the kicked member in our tribe was doing bad things then doorsy kicked him then i was tribe chatting but i did not knew how she saw that heres is pic of it she is kicked but i don't know how she saw us tribe chatting if this is not bug then im sorry if this is wrong category thanks for reading.

Its not just members who are kicked out.
Doorsy (Who is my younger brother in real life, so that's why I know of this),once left his tribe [this was before derpeh was created] to play survivor with me in my tribe house. However, before he joined my tribe to play with me (We are in different tribes), we saw that he could still access the tribe chat of his previous tribe and see what the others [in his previous tribe] were saying. It was weird: He could see what others said, though not actually be able to type and express his opinions on the tribe chat. We had good laughs over it though.

I believe this is a problem with the community platform, if this happens again it should take about 7 minutes max.
