I had issues with joining a tribe. My previous tribe mates went in a new tribe, so I left my current tribe in order to go to the new one, but when I accepted the new tribe invitation I got the following error:

Logging out and relogging in Transformice didn't work, but a user in the chat suggested to log into another Atelier801 game (e.g. Nekodancer) and accept the invitation from there. This solution worked for me.
