ok, my ping is currently 28976, and its lagging so much, my chat isnt appearing on the screen, whn i go in the hole there is at least a 10 second delay before it registers, and apparently a lot of people are experiencing this too. What is going on?

All I can tell you is the servers are having issues. A lot of Helpers were complaining about it on Skype as well. ;_;
