Higher ping is your problem, you can turn on automatic optimizations, turn off particle effects, and you could put on minimalist mode. I suggest using a less laggy PC to cure your problem. You can always report players if they are breaking any rules.

Do you even know how ping works? You could have the best PC in the world but if you're in Australia your ping to France is going to suck. For example, I have a ping of 150 constantly to the server, which is pretty fair considering I live across the ocean. My PC is AWFUL. But I have friends with gaming PCs who live elsewhere, with higher ping. It's mostly dependent on internet, not your PC.

The OP holds a point. This is something a lot of my friends on JP are complaining about. Brazilian farmers are on JP constantly farming firsts, because JP players regularly have pings 10k+ because they're so far, while Brazilians have better ping. But it'd still be racism.

This is a really bad idea.
I go a lot on other servers, to talk with people from other countries. I'm french, always on brazilian server because I speak portuguese, and sometimes I go on italian or german servers to meet poeple, because I learn those languages at school.

This does happen a lot and I understand the annoyance by the unfair advantage it gives players who are always looking to abuse it, not letting people visit other servers however would upset the people who don't abuse it.

If something were to be done about it I'd imagine something like stats being disabled if you are on a community that is not your own, obviously our international server being the exception.

Haru pretty much covered Lordfuzzy's comment, I can personally vouch that having a good comp and a very fast connection don't make up for the distance to the server in France.
180 to 200 ping is the norm for me and that is with a good comp and 60 to 100mbps that I get while hardwired.

I'm afraid that the rules regarding who plays where are not going to change at this point. To Atelier 801, every player is a player and as long as they don't break rules regarding language (that is, they should either speak the community's language or be silent), they're allowed to play wherever they want.

Favoritism is also allowed, however, since the very beginning of the game this -as well as the fact that trolling is part of the game- is something you're free to voteban players for.

While you may see this as a threat now, as a community you can outgrow these problems. If you see players get frustrated, tell them they can voteban (don't insist they must voteban and don't form teams or whatever, that's bannable). Educate them about their options. If these farmers also don't speak your language, you can /report them.

Additionally, if you're old enough, or know people that are suitable - see if staff applications are currently open for your community (at the time of writing applications are open for EN and PH, though others are welcome to privately message any current staff member).

Honestly, anyone breaking the rules in another server can be reported and muted. I switch from EN international, EN only and RO and i would not be very happy if this was added.

First of all, I don't agree with that, since that's considered racism, even though it's quite bothering, but hey, to each is own (if I said it correctly) and I do get along with some BR's who are at the international EN server.
But, on the other hand, I don'tlike the fact that who is Portuguese (european), like myself, are considered Brazilians and, therefore, we're also muted. And we don't even say HUE BR and it's not even fair :(
So, I actually say: no support, but at the same time, I prefer not going to the BR server anymore because of my dissapointment with the Portugal flag selection AND IP address being considerated as BR instead of PT :/

people from other communities should be allowed to go onto other servers as long as they speak the correct language. You can always contact a mod if they spam chats in a foreign language.
