I noticed that in snowball throwing maps, duck doesn't work, meaning that in snowball fight maps in bafflua, its no fun because you just stand around doing nothing at all because you can't throw snowballs, its not just bafflua, in utility when I do !snow you can't duck, so im assuming you are meant to throw snowballs when you do !snow

I think they removed the feature. Not sure though, because I haven't been able to do it.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't add the command just to remove the main thing it does..

Snowballs only appear during christmas time when it snows ??? But there is a command for tribe houses to make it snow (i believe its /neige )
