| Welcome to my art post Notice: Most of this art will be sketches that I have cleaned up and colored (for now.) but I eventually want to do some paintings and other fun stuff so stay tuned. - All critique is welcome and appreciated. Note to self pink lines are terrible for coloring k ;w;  Hi guys, i'm Slaptail: The one and only. ;) I'm going to talk to you guys about myself, so you guys can know me better! I am a 15 year old girl from the united states and my name is Sarah. I like to make art in the form of clay, pastel, paint, digital and traditional drawings. Photography and literature have always been interests of mine, but I haven't tried them. Dancing, singing, and music (specifically, playing guitar and piano) are also interests of mine, but again I haven't done them. Thinks that interest me other than art are zombies,animals, and video games. Adding on to the animals interest, I would love to become a vet when i'm older and I would love to own a farm and train animals on the side, too. In real life, I tend to be very quiet, a person of few words. I struggle to word things properly and connect with people, and I think that is one of my worse faults. And here are some other things about myself that I haven't mentioned: - My favorite warm colors: Pink, purple, red, burgundy, gold - And my favorite cold colors: Blue, green (dark shades) - My favorite (wild) animal: A tie between hyenas, civets, and raccoons -My favorite (domestic) animal: Horses - My favorite seasons: Fall and winter. I can't stand the heat, and the falling leaves and snow are both beautiful to me. - My sign is a leo (august 17th) Q: What tablet do you use? A: Wacom Bamboo Tablet. (It is either capture or create, I can't remember and I don't think they make it anymore so I can't look it up) Q: What art programs do you use? A: Paint Tool Sai Q: How long do you spend on sketches? A: Usually under an hour Q: What brushes do you use? A: The cloud brushes, space brush, and the second two leaf brushes from here Fur texture for a brush from here And all of these brushes here The textures for those brushes are here and I know there were some from the sai detstwo forum. |

 I only just now realized the sides of it are messy with grey color. ;w; i'm too lazy to reupload so but anyway, i'm really happy with this one. and then the last piece for tonight: it was supposed to be a mouse with the background, but I couldn't paint the fur to make it blend with the background  |

 ^ Sneak peak of something that I was working on. Probably won't be posting anything for a while. I lost my tablet pen, and my tablet has problems and probably won't last much longer and they don't sell them anymore so getting a new pen would be a waste as I can't use it on a new tablet (I don't think). I might not get a new tablet for months, I may even be waiting until august 2015. so i'm kind of stuck right now. |

| Tablet Problems kind of fixed for now! I started practicing fur drawing, and I think it is going well. :) if I can, I want to try to start drawing fur on the mice. I think it will be good practice ~  and then I drew my mouse it looks blurry because I made it bigger oh well  |

| Haha, thanks! So I tried drawing the fur on a mouse. Its so much harder, and making the mouse black instead of grey seems impossible. xD I think I learned a lot from this though, and for my first time actually drawing fur on something like this, I think it looks good. Those ears need work though they look terrible. I might try and fix it later.  |
