Here's my post about Fraises/Paypal Issue Help last month ago, 1st of October.

And now I still cannot still BUY FRAISES which is so annoying !!!!

Here's the new annoying PROBLEM and don't tell me again that your system is OKAY and there's no problem huh? REALLY?

Kindly relate it to my previous post ...

This is what I got after clicking "Pay Now" and it can't be refresh !! >.<

I'll try to reach an admin for you. In the meantime, can you provide us with some additional information?

  • For one it seems that the problem you're having now is different from the one you had earlier. Can you confirm that this is correct?
  • Do you know if the problem is specific for your computer, your IP or maybe even your region? You can rule these things out by trying to make the payment from another computer or with the same computer on a different network. If none of those changes seem to matter it may indeed be a problem on Atelier 801's end, but until we know for sure we need to rule out as many possible causes as we can.

Before when Im going to click "Pay Now" I got the Go Back problem and now this unable to connect/ not available page .

I already try it with other laptop/computer with same IP, so then I will try it from other IP, I'm going to computer shop right now and I update you again.

Edit: Apparently today is a national holiday in France (I didn't know either), so you'll hear about this tomorrow at the earliest.

Zyre were you able to receive your Fraises? I was having the same issue as you and now everything works perfect up until when I confirm the payment. A message appears stating "Transaction error,please try again later." I am a 1st time customer and I have been trying to purchase fraises for a continuously 3 days now with no luck. Zou do you mind shedding some light on the matter as to what is the issue now? What should I do?
