So, I was in room 5. And I come right for the event map (street event candy map) I had 250 candy. Then, I won 10 more, but the candies were still 250. Is this a bug, or the max of the candies is 250?

Max Candies 250. Also when you won a jackpot, you'll still get 250 candies.

If the jackpot candy is only earned with 250 candy, doesn't it make winning the jackpot useless???????

It was previously; apparently they enacted a limit this time since there is an inventory with database spaces. My bad.

Well after winning the jackpot you get all collectibles, titles and badges, aside from announcing your name on all servers of Transformice. So it's not useless lol.
