I've seen quite a few suggestions about unused accounts being deleted and their usernames being available, but none about having the option to change your name at least once. (Then again there is 60 pages worth of suggestions and feel free to delete this if it had been brought up before.)

The name change system could even be implemented as a store-buy. Even displaying your old username on your profile, so others will know who you are/were. I joined back in 2010 and because of the character limit I had to settle for "Projectreven" Instead of "ProjectRevenge" I've often had people mistake it for Project-Raven. Quite agitating at times.

What do you think, a yay or a nay suggestion?

You can feel free to change your nickname within asking a Admin.

Well, you do realise that if you could change your name with cheese many people would be abusing the feature, mostly the trolls, if they have alt accounts... I mean, it would list your old username in profile... I don't want to check 100 profiles just to see what their old names was...
