Room Reset?

Today, right after I shammed, the room just randomly reset. We all died, the stats were reset, it went through a few maps, and it finally loaded and worked again after a few seconds, but everything was basically reset (scoreboard). I was in vanilla4.

I am sorry if this was already posted before.

Also, on another small note, while I was editing this post to add in a spoiler, it kept saying that:
Information
You must be connected to do this.
but I am logged in. I just had to refresh, but this could be an annoying bug to some users. I also noticed that some of my post just disappears after this happens.
