Did you spend the point you earned once you reached level 74? The level shown once you are shaman only reflects how many points you've spent on shaman skills so far, not what your potential level could be with all points spent.

I don't remember this but I was go to in hole when my level is 74 now then after shaman when I misunderstand for my level is wrong or not then it's happened save and that because 13-12 mice in vanilla5 I think.

so it should appear as level 74 now

Yeah it was and I don't know why is map so stranger things for my level change it

You probably used the point after your sham turn. Since the number next to your name during shaman turns is the amount of points you've spent, it showed up as 73 because you used the point afterwards.
* this is assuming that you used the point you got from your level up AFTER your shaman turn
