There should be an option where you can discard event items you get.
Ex) I have the maximum number of fortune cookies and I don't want them. Every time I've gotten them after I finished the event I have given them away for free to people who do need them, but since it's toward the end of the event nobody wants them anymore and I don't want them being cluttery (my OCD hates it).
There should be an option to just throw out event items in the inventory box.

Okay, so use fortune cookies, then you've got 80 hearts in your inventory. Then what do you plan on doing next? Doing the event again pointlessly 80 more times just to get more fortune cookies?

No sell them off to noobs

That's stupid. There should just be a discard button so nobody has to deal with an inventory full of stuff they don't want. Noobs or non-noobs alike.

Its a waste for a little button that wont be used much so just discard them to noobs or use them up. -.-

Actually, I think could be a good idea; it won't be much work and if someone wants more of something in their inventory (when we reach enough items that unique item limits can be reached), then it'll be a simple saviour if you don't want to give them "to noobs."

At least someone agrees with it. Besides, trading so much at a time is a hassle and takes away from playing the game itself. Plus with the trade limit it makes it hard if you have the maximum number of items and are trying to trade them.

you can't trade/sell away the hearts, so the only way you could get rid of the 80 hearts would be to do the enigma 80 more times.

the only way you can "use them up" is to change all of them into balls & chains, which would continue the cycle again. since i highly doubt you'd want to do the enigma 80 more times, the only logical solution would be to somehow get rid of them without having to use them in the enigma.

Um, I'm not sure why people aren't using logic here, I had the same problem but all I did was turn them into hearts and use them where I wasn't supposed to, that uses the item up and doesn't give you the next item. Nevertheless, we still need a discard button.

I think those items could be replaced with random consumables after starting the Christmas event...
