I'm trying to trade with someone but it wont let me and nothing pops up, help?

If 2 people have the same wifi connection you can't trade.

Not neccessarily, it's mainly the IP address that causes the two unable to trade
If you can't trade with someone get a trustworthy friend to be able to trade the items to and they will send them to the person you were trying to trade with
