It means it's already been reported and dealt with. You can't get bug threads locked anymore.

Even if you've found a workaround for this - it's still a bug with Transformice that needs to be fixed, so the thread will stay open.

Are you sure they sent an invitation? Also, that bug may be completely different from this bug.
