Why it should be done:
1) Shamans with these skills are killing shamans without it. Skill (here I mean how good is the person in game) doesn't matter.

It's not fun. Personally, I am completely pissed off.

I think that's just part of the game. You have to up your skill so you can kill them... I know the feeling of dying in the pvp maps its not a good feeling but at least not every time you shaman its a pvp map.

You mean it is a good thing, when you HAVE TO use some of shaman skills even if you don't want to do it? I think it is not fun.

I'm not sure what you mean by using skills to prevent yourself from dying even if you don't want to (use the skill).

Don't you want to outlast the other Sham if its Dual? So wouldn't using the skill, and investing in those specific skills (teleporter, being able to spawn faster, MOVING while spawning) be a reward?

You would have to practically disable ALL shaman skills to be fair, not just those two. Which would bring the game back to how it was when it was made, and the other sham would still find a way to kill you in "unfair" ways, like cannon-totems, or b anchoring your hole (and if you were to remove skills, you'd have to go back and make all shams on regular mode too, just to keep it fair), dual maps have always been an element in the game.

There is a thing: it is almost impossible to kill shaman, which is using this spells in PvP. And no, not spending this points is not a reward, cause you would die anyway, so you won't even use any other skills. If you don't understand it I'll explain: e.g. you use cannon - they would just TP back. There is not the problem, that they are killing in "unfair" way, cause there are no unfair ways to kill - there is a problem that it is no way to kill such a person. And i don't ask to make every1 go standart mode, i ask just to remove disbalanced spell.
Anyway, if I use your logic I should say, that Tig have to enable Freezing on shamans, but it is not possible to use it on them. Why? Cause otherwise that would ruin all shaman PvP gameplay.
