As many of you know, Transformice has a Trello page where they post the projects they're working on to improve the game. And, along with the Steam release, a new Gifting System is in the category almost done since some days ago. But yesterday they added a 'sneak peak' artwork on it plus Meli gave us a hint on her Tumblr blog answering a question saying that the key of the 'surprise' was on Trello and that it wasn't the new jungle themed layout. On Trello page you can read:

So what do you think about it? Do you think it's going to be useful?

It will be used by somebody, but in my opinion it won't boost the fraises sales as much as they're expecting.
Personally i'm going to use it one single time, because i've made a promise time ago :P
I'm looking forward to the username change option more than all the other updates, i was hoping for it to be somehow related to the steam launch but nope :(

I don't like that it's only Fraises, but I guess it's a step in the right direction..

It'll be nice to gift people items that you have bought with fraises for , for example, birthdays
But I fear that this will encourage scamming, unless a801 have a system that prevents it

I like the update, but I'm so afraid of scammers, that I'm getting goosebumps.. Even now I see those "To buy fraises for free Pm me".. I can only imagine how it will happen when this gifting will come alive.

I'd say, this must have a strong system to prevent scamming by gifting items from the shop. Email verifying would be nice, that would prevent a lot of scamming.

The fact that it will be added to your inventory means you can trade it :P

Only the items you have bought with fraises can be gifted.

I agree with those saying it's a nice update to be implemented, but then you'll get people that could scam, troll, etc.
If you're that one person that buys fraises and everyone knows it, you might be the one targeted for free gifting? of course you can ignore those that attempt to scam you for something free that you might be able to afford.

However, I mentioned this to a friend of mine in the game and she tried to test it out. She encountered something she cannot wrap around. Everyone back in 2010 til now used an email to change their password, etc. For those who cannot remember which email they used, shouldn't there be someone they can talk with? Honestly, not all of us can remember that well and it's a bit unfortunate that you need the code to gift. Without that code, you can't gift anything to a friend. I think there should be a better way around the system.

Yeah, this is actually the problem i'm getting. I guess there's only one way to fix it and that's to contact a admin.
