Is this intended or it's a brand new bug?

It's intended.

Bootcamp, racing and defilante maps have a 50% chance of being mirrored to add some variety to their gameplay.

At this moment some features don't mirror properly yet (e.g. booster grounds). The admins are aware of this and are working on a solution.
