I can customize things I've already bought the customize for, but when I try to make an item customizable (by paying the 20 fraises) everything in the shop disappears and the shop screen is grey. I have enough fraises, and I bought something with fraises to check it wasn't that and it worked. I can buy things with fraises but can't make things customizable with them... I have force-quitted the standalone twice and it still doesn't work. Advice?

Here's a screenshot- it goes grey like this. If I go to other "categories" (like if I click shaman, head, owned accessories, etc.) it's still grey. If I exit the shop and come back in its all back again.

BTW just tried on the website. Doesn't work there either.

What item is it, for clarification?

Tried with several, including cat ears from Halloween.

Nobody's customizing seems to be working right now

90% of the time, just try reload, still doesnt work then you have to wait for some time.

This is a resolved bug now. Reloading does not always work.
