They were some hairstyles created before the "hair" section of the shop was added, and they are in the hats category. Some people would like to have these hairs and wear a hat with it, so I suggest they be converted to hairstyles and be placed in "hairstyle" section. You don't have to edit the images at all, you just have to move it to a different category and change the layering to that of that category. A simple change.

I like wearing the rainbowdash hair and the short hair in hairstyles together.

This has been suggested many times. If I recall correctly, one of the reasons it hasn't happened yet was because recoding the hats into hair was difficult.

I want to wear both kind of hairs at the same time.
